Executive Housekeeper (Rooms Experience Manager)

About the role

Accor is preparing for the reopening of its hotel in Ras Al Khaimah and is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper who will act as Rooms Experience Manager. The role brings a fresh perspective to traditional housekeeping, leading a team that turns rooms into guest experiences. It is a full-time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, room condition and presentation through regular inspections and quality assurance.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and released within target turnaround times to support the Front Office.
• Oversee the detailed preparation and presentation of suites, with thoughtful amenities and a refined brand-aligned experience.
• Make sure guest preferences, special requests, VIP requirements and personalised room arrangements are recorded, communicated and delivered consistently.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to identify, report, track and resolve room defects quickly.
• Develop, maintain and review the annual deep-cleaning roster for guestrooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces, monitor progress and adjust timelines according to occupancy.
• Identify recurring cleanliness issues, evaluate cleaning effectiveness and implement improvements.
