Executive - Key Accounts

About the role

Apparel Group is hiring a Key Accounts Executive in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact for key eCommerce and retail accounts, providing day-to-day operational support and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to run marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional offers tailored to each account.
• Track and analyse account performance (sales, returns, inventory, traffic) to spot trends and improvement areas.
• Coordinate product delivery and service fulfilment according to business timelines and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities, contracts, promotions and performance reports.
• Monitor compliance with brand guidelines and keep product listings and content consistent across digital channels.
• Give input on pricing, stock levels and customer preferences to shape account strategy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and KPIs for internal and external review.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and market insights to support planning and forecasting.
• Work with finance and supply chain teams on invoice tracking, payment follow-up and product availability.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales coordination or client servicing, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage several deliverables accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
