About the role
The Executive Lounge Attendant delivers memorable guest experiences in the Executive Lounge, ensuring high‑quality food, beverage and service standards. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive, guest‑focused attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and the lounge environment.
- Handle menu inquiries, verify information visually, and assist guests with their dining choices.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance, and moving around varied surfaces.
- Uphold safety standards, company policies, and professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
