Executive Technology Services Specialist

About the role

A well-established private investment group in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring an Executive Technology Services Specialist through Black & Grey HR. The role provides discreet, proactive technology support to senior executives so their devices, applications, connectivity, meetings and collaboration tools stay secure, reliable and ready for use. It is a high-trust position focused on executive technology readiness, endpoint security and seamless workplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for designated executive offices and senior leadership, resolving issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, tablets, smartphones, peripherals and workplace technology across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and manage Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MFA, device enrolment, compliance and secure access.
• Maintain device readiness through updates, encryption, backups, migration, replacement and recovery, and escalate security incidents immediately.
• Prepare and validate technology for meetings, presentations and video conferences, and troubleshoot Teams and meeting-room equipment.
• Dia gnose complex device, application, Wi-Fi, VPN and network issues independently, coordinate specialist teams and vendors, and fix recurring problems at root cause.
• Identify productivity improvements via approved AI assistants, automation and emerging workplace technologies, and support adoption of approved collaboration tools.
• Provide support outside normal hours and on call, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in executive technology support, advanced end-user computing, endpoint engineering or digital workplace services.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives or other high-priority users.
• Native Arabic speaker fluent in English and French.
• Strong understanding of information security, confidentiality, privileged access and data protection.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support.
