Export Sales Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Manager will drive international growth for perfume and fragrance products, building and managing relationships with overseas distributors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and export business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Manage export orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Sales, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in perfumes, fragrances, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Proven experience in international market development and distributor management.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
