Facilitator – Recruitment Services (Onboarding Team)

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Facilitator for Recruitment Services to join its Onboarding Team in Dubai. You will guide learners through training programs, creating an engaging environment that maximises knowledge retention and supports the company’s recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions using presentations, discussions, group activities, case studies, role‑plays, simulations and videos.
• Prepare, conduct and assess learning programmes in line with defined learning plans and COE processes.
• Maintain clean, safe and conducive classroom settings and update attendance, assessment and evaluation records in TR360.
• Provide feedback on course material, suggest improvements and assist in creating the Centre of Excellence course prospectus and manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measuring success through assessments, surveys and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities with a focus on learner engagement.
• Experience in delivering training programmes within recruitment or HR environments.
• Ability to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and legal requirements.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate training documentation.
