Facilities Management Procurement Specialist

About the role

The role is responsible for end‑to‑end procurement of facilities management services, materials and contracts within a hospital environment. The focus is on delivering cost‑effective solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure FM services such as MEP, HVAC, soft services, waste management, utilities and AMC.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
• Manage vendor performance, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and handle contract renewals.
• Maintain inventory levels for consumables, tools and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain procurement records, reports and audit‑ready documentation.
• Support FM, engineering and clinical teams with timely procurement needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience in healthcare or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of FM categories and AMC management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics.
• CIPS or CPSM certification preferred.
