Facilities Manager – UAE Offices & Accommodations

About the role

Mai Dubai is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and operations of its offices, distribution facilities, and employee accommodations across the UAE. The role ensures reliable building systems, contractor performance, and compliance with local regulations and HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of offices, warehouses, and staff housing.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring safety, timeliness, and contract compliance.
• Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, and support payment certification.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Support new facility acquisitions, fit‑outs, and lease activities.
• Optimize utilization of facilities, accommodations, and storage locations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting for management.
• Lead facility teams, promote safety culture, and ensure housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, including Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence.
• Hands‑on experience with preventive maintenance programs and contractor management.
• Good understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proven leadership abilities.
