Facilities Supervisor – Reliability Maintenance Engineering

About the role

Amazon’s Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to maintain and optimise equipment across its global warehouse and delivery network. The role focuses on safety, preventative maintenance and high equipment availability.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise health and safety, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on the full range of site equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, communicate with affected parties and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement by analysing breakdowns and providing feedback to the line manager.
• Maintain high equipment availability for internal customers and support senior reliability engineers.
• Manage contractors as required.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics, or communication/instrumentation and controls.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining conveyors, automation or control systems.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
