Family Medicine Physician

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary home‑healthcare team in Al Ain, UAE. The physician will deliver comprehensive medical assessment, treatment and ongoing management for patients receiving rehabilitation and healthcare services in their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments during scheduled home visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of family medicine.
• Develop individualized care plans that align with patients’ rehabilitation needs.
• Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor clinical progress, adjust treatment as needed, and arrange referrals or escalation of care.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other rehabilitation specialists.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and health management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in line with DOH requirements.

Required profile

• Valid Department of Health (DOH) license for the UAE.
• Medical degree with specialization in Family Medicine.
• Relevant clinical experience in family medicine, preferably in home‑healthcare or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient‑centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Valid DOH licensing.
• Family Medicine clinical expertise.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 per month.
