About the role
As a Fashion Consultant for Michael Kors at Dubai Mall, you will drive sales, provide an exceptional guest experience and support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key initiatives in-store.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to inform business reviews.
- Maintain client relationships through an omni-channel approach and promote the loyalty programme (MUSE).
- Ensure visual-merchandising standards, SOP compliance and timely click-and-collect fulfilment.
- Support in-store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives, and provide feedback on product performance.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- UAE national (Emiratisation) candidate.
