F&B Manager – Airport Lounges

About the role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead food and beverage operations across our airport lounges and outlets in Dubai. The role ensures safety, quality, and profitability while delivering a high‑standard passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety management systems, HACCP, hygiene policies and EKFC safety standards.
• Prepare manpower plans, coordinate hiring with Talent Acquisition and manage staff costs, overtime and absences.
• Develop and deliver departmental training, orientation programmes and performance reviews.
• Prepare annual CAPEX, monitor lounge profitability and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate menu implementation, food presentation and quality with Production.
• Propose new menus and beverage concepts within budget, set selling prices and rotate offerings.
• Resolve customer complaints on food quality or service promptly.
• Oversee procurement of equipment, glassware, tableware and food supplies.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 quality policy and ensure adherence to department procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hospitality experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role within a 5‑star environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP and ISO quality standards.
• Proven track record in food quality, cost control and profitability.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
