F&B Service Ambassador – Origins (VAJ)

About the role

The F&B Service Ambassador will ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests at Origins – VAJ. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless service from welcome to farewell and turning each visitor into a happy fan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs, go the extra mile, and proactively communicate with fellow team members.
• Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
