About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Rush Bar creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting the overall guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas and supplies, and ensure the bar environment is ready for guests.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen, serve guests, and manage menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, and handle objects up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) while maintaining safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
