Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Respond promptly to guests’ needs throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company service standards and hygiene protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and high level of personal grooming.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
