About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by handling table settings, communication with the kitchen, guest interaction, and maintaining clean work areas.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate service timing.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
