About the role
The Guest Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role involves a variety of front‑of‑house tasks to ensure guests enjoy their meals and overall stay.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, clean work areas, and manage supplies.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), moving, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
