About the role
Join the Café Belge team at The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be responsible for a range of front‑of‑house duties, ensuring service excellence and a safe, professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and manage supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen, serve guests, and handle transactions as part of the overall experience.
- Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Capability to read and verify menu information accurately.
