About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Captain) creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai, ensuring service excellence from setting tables to final bill.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and maintain clean work areas.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
- Interact with and serve guests, addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold quality.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
