About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, managing tables, and coordinating with the kitchen. This role involves standing, walking, and handling items up to 25 lb independently.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to read and verify menu information.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
