F&B Service Expert – Rush Bar

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences at the Rush Bar, combining food, drinks and attentive service. You will set tables, communicate with the kitchen, serve guests and maintain a clean work environment, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience. The role requires a proactive attitude, adherence to safety standards and a professional appearance throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, workstations and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, uphold quality standards and maintain a professional uniform and appearance.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and navigating sloping or uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
• Ability to stand, walk and work for extended periods on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
