F&B Service Expert (Server) – Arabic Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive F&B Service Expert to join our Arabic restaurant team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a memorable dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and handle waste disposal.
• Process guest transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle moderate physical activity.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
