About the role

The F&B Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at Mina's Kitchen in Dubai Marina. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team, you will ensure smooth service from setting tables to delivering the final bill.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and arrange dining tables according to restaurant standards.
  • Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and maintain a courteous demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions in a professional manner.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and equipment care.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment.
