About the role
We are seeking three female telecallers to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation and supporting the sales process on a full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospects via calls and WhatsApp, maintain accurate call and lead records.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads and sales, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads.
- Provide courteous customer service throughout the interaction.
Required profile
- Female candidates currently residing in the UAE on a spouse/dependent visa.
- Good English communication skills; Malayalam, Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Target‑oriented, confident and presentable, able to join immediately.
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication in English.
- Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping.
What we offer
- Basic salary of AED 3,000 per month.
- Attractive performance‑based commission.
