Field Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Field Quality Assurance (FQA) Supervisor to lead and develop a team of service technicians delivering pest control services across the UAE. This hands‑on, field‑based position ensures every job meets the company’s high quality standards while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of service technicians to deliver high‑quality pest control services.
• Conduct regular field quality audits, spot checks and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach technicians on‑the‑job, run training sessions and complete formal performance assessments.
• Plan resources, products and manpower for various client jobs and lead treatment execution in complex or large‑scale situations.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and support generation of new sales leads from the field.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pest control services, preferably with specialised treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a field team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organised and positive under a constant stream of demands.
• Valid UAE driving licence and at least a high school certificate; NCPC is an advantage.
