Field Sales Development Representative – GCC (IT Technology Services)

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Field Sales Development Representative to join a leading Technology Services Company in Dubai. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities across the GCC through face-to-face visits, cold calling, networking, and industry events, while identifying potential clients and arranging qualified meetings for technology and business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Find potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Visit companies and conduct face-to-face sales visits.
• Make cold visits and follow up with potential clients.
• Attend exhibitions, business events, and industry forums.
• Use phone, LinkedIn, and email to support sales activities.
• Identify client needs and suitable services.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings with decision‑makers.
• Maintain records of visits, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Report market feedback and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• At least 2 years selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO, or staffing services.
• Experience with face‑to‑face sales, cold visits, and networking.
• GCC sales experience; Saudi Arabia sales experience strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
