About the role

The Field Sales Executive – Direct Channels will act as the frontline liaison between the brand and customers during special events, urgent authority requests, and everyday retail operations. This role ensures sales opportunities are captured outside normal shop hours and that store coverage remains uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to urgent requests from authorities and manage sales support for special events such as product launches and humanitarian initiatives.
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities beyond regular shop operations.
  • Provide temporary staffing coverage to maintain continuous store functionality.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and uphold service standards.
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights, report on competitor activity, and highlight emerging sales prospects.
  • Support event logistics and drive sales during product launches, festivals, and other high‑traffic occasions.
  • Deliver regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and customer interactions.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecom, Sales or Marketing.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within retail or customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of team‑leadership experience focused on coaching and performance management.
  • Knowledge of TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance analysis and data‑driven decision making.
