Field Service Technician & Supervisor – Water Purifiers

About the role

You will be the face of Naturally in customers’ homes, installing, demonstrating and servicing smart RO water purifiers across Dubai and Sharjah. As the business grows you will also supervise external installation partners throughout the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate and service water purifiers in residential and office settings.
• Provide customers with usage instructions and explain filter‑change alerts.
• Complete installation checklists, capture photo proof and submit daily updates to the Operations Head.
• Handle service visits and customer escalations professionally.
• Manage stock, labeling and returns at the warehouse and coordinate with the delivery partner.

Required profile

• 3–5 years hands‑on experience installing and servicing RO water purifiers, home appliances or plumbing.
• Prior UAE work experience with knowledge of villa/apartment approvals, gate passes and maintenance procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own car and a UAE work visa.
• Fluent English; Hindi/Urdu preferred; Arabic a strong advantage.
