Field Services Engineer – Water Treatment

About the role

The company is a global water and wastewater treatment technology provider seeking a hands‑on Field Services Engineer to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will work on‑site at client facilities, ships and rigs, diagnosing faults, performing repairs and commissioning advanced RO, STP and ETP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults, complete repairs and calibrate RO, STP and ETP systems across client sites.
• Install, troubleshoot and commission water‑maker systems within budget and agreed time‑frames.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports with recommendations and parts lists.
• Provide technical training to clients for smooth operation of their plants.
• Travel offshore and to moderate‑risk countries for installation and commissioning projects.

Required profile

• 6–8 years post‑qualification experience in RO, STP, filtration or ETP operation, maintenance, inspection or troubleshooting.
• Experience with offshore water‑treatment system installation and commissioning.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English skills.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, ships or rigs and deliver under schedule pressure.
