Field Technical Support Specialist

About the role

The Field Technical Support Specialist will provide after‑sales technical assistance for CHANGAN’s vehicles across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will act as the primary point of contact for distributors, delivering both remote guidance and on‑site support to resolve technical issues and ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver after‑sales technical support for MEA markets.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems on new‑energy vehicles.
• Provide remote technical guidance and support to distributors.
• Perform field visits to deliver hands‑on technical assistance.
• Coordinate and validate repair solutions for quality‑related issues.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Automotive or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience maintaining new‑energy vehicle triple‑electric systems (battery, motor, electronic control).
• Basic knowledge of automotive after‑sales service processes.
• Conversational English and proficiency with standard office software.
• Strong communication, coordination and execution abilities, with a proactive and detail‑oriented work ethic.
