Finance Accountant – Outsourcing Services

About the role

Manage end‑to‑end finance activities for the Outsourcing Services Project, handling manpower billing, collections, dispute resolution, reconciliations, month‑end reporting and audit support while ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate monthly manpower billing and recharge schedules, issue accurate client invoices and maintain billing trackers.
• Follow up with clients for payments, prepare statements and ageing reports, and resolve invoice disputes.
• Perform customer, vendor and general ledger reconciliations, post journal entries, accruals and reclassifications, and support month‑end and year‑end close.
• Maintain supporting documentation, support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT regulations and internal controls, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA or CA (completed or partially completed) preferred.
• Experience in accounts receivable, client billing, collections and dispute resolution, preferably in high‑volume manpower outsourcing environments.
• Strong experience with customer, vendor, GL and balance‑sheet reconciliations and month‑end close activities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on SAP experience (customer/vendor accounts, journal posting, ledger extraction).
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, large data analysis and reconciliations.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
