Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for delivering accurate management reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting to support internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures timely delivery of performance data, variance explanations, and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly consolidated financial reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecasts.
• Support the budgeting cycle, long‑term forecasts, and business planning with detailed reports and scenario analysis.
• Develop financial models for projects and investment decisions, assessing cash‑flow impacts and restructuring scenarios.
• Analyze historical trends and key performance indicators, recommending benchmarks and improvements.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting to identify balance‑sheet restructuring opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business/Finance with a professional qualification (CA, CIMA, MBA, ACCA).
• Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years in accounting, finance, budgeting or forecasting (airline experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and rigorous thinking skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large‑scale modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting financial analysis.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
