Finance Director – Food & Beverage Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial transformation for a diversified services group operating in Food & Beverage, Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, and Food Retail across the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, cost optimisation, and technology-enabled finance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term modelling and performance monitoring across multiple units.
• Evaluate, optimise and implement ERP systems, driving automation and digital finance solutions.
• Analyse contract and location performance to identify profitability and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations, accounting, reporting and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or food‑service environments.
• Strong track record of financial restructuring, profitability improvement and cost optimisation.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans.
