About the role
We are partnering with a leading international transportation company to appoint a Finance Director based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape financial strategy, governance and performance for a large‑scale, highly regulated operation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee finance, audit, cash management and procurement functions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate governance standards.
- Provide financial insights to the Board and senior executive team.
- Manage risk, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
Required profile
- UAE National with extensive senior‑level finance leadership experience.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, governance and IFRS implementation.
- Experience in complex, operationally intensive or infrastructure‑focused environments.
