Finance Executive – FP&A

About the role

The Finance Executive will support financial planning, analysis and decision‑making for Al Futtaim Financial Services' Rental, Leasing and Subscription businesses. Partnering with operations, the role drives revenue, cost optimisation and fleet performance while ensuring robust reporting and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to evaluate revenue, margin and cost‑saving initiatives across rental, leasing and subscription lines.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, budgets, cash‑flow plans and monthly reporting packs for Business Review and Finance Review meetings.
• Analyse fleet utilisation, channel performance and OPEX, providing commercial insights and KPI dashboards.
• Develop and enhance internal controls, SAP/BI reports and automation tools, representing Finance in system testing cycles.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Professional finance certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5+ years in a Financial Business Partner or FP&A role within a large multinational, preferably in leasing or automotive finance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of stress‑testing forecasts.
