Finance & Insurance (F&I) Agent – Automotive Showroom

About the role

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Agent supports the end‑to‑end process of vehicle financing and insurance sales within a busy automotive showroom. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, sales staff, banks and insurance providers to deliver seamless transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding available finance and insurance options.
• Prepare and process finance and insurance documentation according to showroom protocols.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of deals, approvals and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Liaise with the sales team to align financing requirements with customer needs.
• Coordinate with banks and insurance partners to obtain approvals and quotes.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers on application status.
• Track conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
