Finance Manager – Contracting Division

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead end‑to‑end financial management for the contracting division, ensuring project profitability, cost control and accurate reporting. This role works closely with Project, Operations and Commercial teams to protect margins and manage financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of multiple live contracting projects, including budgets, cost‑to‑complete, WIP and accruals.
• Drive timely billing, certifications, collections, retention recovery and clearance of uncertified work.
• Prepare project cash‑flow forecasts, identify funding needs and support variations, claims and contract negotiations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, tender financial reviews and regular project reporting.
• Identify financial and commercial risks and implement appropriate controls.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of finance experience in construction contracting.
• ICAI‑qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Middle East contracting experience preferred.
