About the role
The client, a global leader with a major production facility in Dubai, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Middle East and Africa operations. This visible, hands‑on role reports to the General Manager and works closely with the Regional CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead accounting, financial control and reporting for the Dubai business.
- Ensure robust finance processes and provide clear, timely financial insight.
- Manage a team of around 10 finance professionals.
- Maintain close contact with senior leaders in Dubai and the European headquarters.
Required profile
- Substantial experience leading finance in a manufacturing environment.
- Broad expertise across finance management, accounting, control and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work effectively with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across cultures.
