Finance Manager – Hospitality & Luxury Dining

About the role

Majestas is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for two premium restaurant concepts, Billionaire Dubai and Lion Dubai, located within Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai. The role involves full-spectrum financial management, tax compliance, audit coordination, and driving profitability across the outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, prepare monthly management accounts, and ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow projections and perform variance analysis.
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filings and liaison with tax advisors.
• Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules and resolve findings.
• Control food, beverage and labour costs, monitor inventory, and identify revenue leakages.
• Provide financial insights, KPI dashboards and support strategic decisions for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or CMA) preferred.
• 7‑10 years of finance experience, with at least 3‑5 years in hospitality, restaurant or luxury F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing external audits and internal controls.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
