Finance Manager

About the role

Inzone Industries is looking for a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, reporting, budgeting and compliance across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and develop the company’s budgeting process and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances, manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, internal policies and lead audits with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks and implement cost‑control strategies.
• Supervise the finance team, maintain accurate reporting and support strategic decisions through financial modelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with CPA or CMA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
