Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial operations for a luxury hotel environment, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and cost control across multiple locations. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce month‑end closing reports and essential management reports with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate balance sheets, perform reconciliations and ensure financial stability.
• Prepare detailed capital reviews and support the Financial Controller with forecasting and budgeting proposals.
• Develop and implement best practices for accounting and control procedures to maximise efficiency.
• Conduct monthly finance update meetings and provide bespoke financial information to department heads.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or related field; professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the international luxury hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in achieving financial targets, managing budgets and implementing cost‑control measures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel to New York and work flexible hours aligned with business needs in Dubai and the USA.
