Finance Manager – Luxury Fashion (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and business partnering for a prestigious luxury fashion brand operating across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will provide accurate financial information and commercial insights that support strategic decisions and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis and executive presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations and month‑end close processes, and manage external and internal audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Partner with Retail, Marketing, Operations, HR and Supply Chain teams to drive business performance, support store profitability analysis and provide financial guidance to department heads.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital, oversee inventory valuation and stock‑related financial controls, and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury relationships.
• Support and develop finance team members through coaching, performance management and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of retail finance, inventory accounting and commercial business partnering.
• Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance analysis.
