Finance Manager – Middle East

About the role

As Finance Manager for the Middle East region, you will lead the finance function across 17 Business Units in 9 countries, supporting three distinct business lines with a combined turnover of approximately €50 M. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insights that drive profitability, cash‑flow optimisation and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, accounting and tax compliance for multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions.
• Manage a geographically dispersed finance & accounting team of 10‑12 professionals.
• Coordinate contract management, payment terms, guarantees, joint‑venture accounting and collections.
• Deliver business analysis and performance insights to senior management.
• Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, including ERP, Salesforce, Power Query and Power BI implementations.
• Ensure alignment with VINCI Group policies, IFRS standards and internal control frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting management experience.
• At least 5 years of exposure to international taxation, external audit, transfer pricing, treasury and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting in an international group.
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
