Finance & Operations Manager

About the role

You will be the right hand of the Managing Partner, handling finance, people and administration to keep the company running smoothly and allow the partner to focus on clients and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company and project finance including payments, client receivables, cash flow and cost tracking per project.
• Oversee payroll, WPS, visa processing, MOHRE permits and staff medical insurance.
• Handle supplier quotations, procurement payments and coordinate outsourced partners such as accounting firms and PRO agents.
• Maintain company cloud storage, contracts and renewal deadlines.
• Prepare short weekly reports and monthly results on cash and projects.

Required profile

• Proactive owner‑mindset who finds external solutions when needed.
• Minimum 3 years experience in finance, administration or HR in the UAE; construction, fit‑out or real‑estate background a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with WPS, MOHRE, visa processing and VAT.
• Strong organizational skills and fluent English and Russian.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• WPS (Wage Protection System) handling.
• VAT compliance.
