Finance Support Officer (Entry Level) – UAE Nationals

About the role

The Finance Support Officer is an entry‑level position designed to give UAE nationals practical exposure to core finance and accounting functions. You will support daily financial operations while building the foundation for a long‑term career in the finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry, invoice processing and maintain financial documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Keep accurate financial records and files in line with company policies.
• Support the preparation of basic financial reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on finance‑related matters.
• Help during month‑end closing and audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred).
• 0–2 years of finance or administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• UAE National citizenship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
