About the role
This full‑time, international trainee program is designed for recent graduates or sales professionals who want to launch a career in wealth management and financial advisory. The first phase consists of an intensive 6–8 week training in Malta, followed by placement in Dubai or another global office.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a structured training curriculum covering wealth management, fintech, client lifecycle and portfolio structuring.
- Relocate to Dubai (or another international location) to assume a full‑time advisory role.
- Engage with internal systems, tools and advisory processes under mentorship.
Required profile
- University degree in business or finance, or a strong direct‑sales background.
- Active desire to relocate to Dubai (visa sponsorship provided).
