Financial Auditor

About the role

MDConnect DMCC is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Auditor to join its finance team in Dubai. You will evaluate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and help strengthen internal controls within a fast‑growing healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies and review financial reports before audit commencement.
• Verify documents, figures, and account details for internal stakeholders.
• Collect, prepare, and organize physical and digital documentation for P&L and balance‑sheet audits.
• Conduct comprehensive audits to confirm adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify and investigate inconsistencies, discrepancies, or potential misconduct.
• Prepare exhaustive audit reports with recommendations for improving financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and monitor suggested changes.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial auditor, analyst, or similar role.
• Part‑qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and financial legislation.
• Knowledge of GAAP and auditing principles.
