Financial Consultant (Wealth Management)

About the role

A leading independent financial institution, expanding across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, is hiring an experienced Financial Advisor to join its team in Dubai. The role serves an international client base, including expatriates and high-net-worth individuals, offering financial planning and wealth management services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice and wealth management solutions to clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct thorough financial reviews and fact-finding meetings
• Create tailored financial plans covering investments, pensions and protection
• Advise on cross-border financial planning and international investment strategies
• Support clients with UK pension transfers, QROPS and expatriate tax planning
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Required profile

• UK-recognised financial advisory qualifications (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or financial advisory
• Experience working with expatriate or cross-border clients preferred
• Commitment to professional development and regulatory compliance

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and wealth management strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
