About the role

Join Standard Chartered’s Private Side Solutions Sales Team within the Financial Markets division. The 12‑month Graduate Programme is designed for UAE nationals to develop expertise across foreign exchange, interest rates, debt securities and commodities, supporting corporate and investment banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating complexity and managing risk across asset classes.
• Deliver bespoke solutions for global trade and investment.
• Participate in real‑world projects and classroom training.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and experienced leaders.
• Contribute to Private Side Solutions Sales activities.

Required profile

• Legally eligible to work full‑time in the UAE.
• Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievements.
• Analytical, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast‑paced environments.
• Curious about global markets and driven to make an impact.
• Degree in any discipline; technical roles favour Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Statistics.
