Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Ennismore is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for its food & beverage portfolio. The role partners closely with chefs, outlet managers, and procurement teams to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability across multiple restaurant concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the annual budgeting process for all restaurant outlets, covering revenue, COGS, labour, menu mix, and cover volumes.
• Drive weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, analysing wet vs. dry sales, seasonal patterns, and event uplift.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with outlet‑level P&L performance, margin analysis, and key cost drivers such as labour, waste, spoilage, and procurement.
• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics) to support new outlet openings, menu engineering, pricing strategies, and promotional impact analysis.
• Analyse variances using F&B‑specific KPIs (average spend per cover, table turnover, food cost %, beverage cost %, labour % of revenue) and identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data from POS systems, inventory platforms, and ERP; oversee multi‑outlet consolidation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes with detailed commentary and risk identification.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, including automation, standardisation, and dashboard implementation.
